First of all, try not to transport magnets together with magnetic field-sensitive items such as computers, watches and so on. The easiest way to shield the magnetic field is to wrap the outside of the magnet in a tin, or with a carbon plate, and then arrange the magnets in such a way that a good magnetic circuit forms inside them. Maglev trains and air transport are good options for transport, but the price will be higher, and if there is air transport, the magnetic field shielding work will be more stringent.
