Countersunk NdFeB Magnet

Product Description

Countersunk NdFeB Magnet

First of all, it is important to ensure that the environment in which the magnet is stored during transport is dry. If the humidity is relatively high, it is easy to cause the magnet rust. You can also use some rust-resistant oil to apply to the magnet surface, which is a good way to prevent magnet rust. For magnets with electroplating layers, vacuum transport should be used to prevent corrosion of the plating layer.

In addition, the temperature of transport must not be too high. N35 to N52 magnets with temperature more than 80 degrees will appear degaussing problems, so, during the transport, try to maintain the level of room temperature. Second, in order to prevent collisions between magnets during transport, resulting in damage, it is best to separate the magnets from a plank or plastic sheet. In the process of transport, it must prevent intense bumps. In the handling process, operators should also try to handle them gently.

Next, it's about solving the environmental impact of the neodymium magnet's magnetic field. First of all, try not to transport magnets together with magnetic field-sensitive items such as computers, watches and so on. The easiest way to shield the magnetic field is to wrap the outside of the magnet in a tin, or with a carbon plate, and then arrange the magnets in such a way that a good magnetic circuit forms inside them. Maglev trains and air transport are good options for transport, but the price will be higher, and if there is air transport, the magnetic field shielding work will be more stringent.
