Bonded Block Neodymium Magnet

Product Description

Bonded Block Neodymium Magnet

The red sintered magnet (red rust) of hot rolled steel plate has certain universality.

Its characteristic is that the red sintered magnet is evenly distributed along the width of the plate. In general, it is a little heavier within 100mm of the edge, and the inside of the coil is lighter than the outside. This red sintered magnet is relatively thin, so it is not easy to rub down the color.

The surface sintered magnets of steel are mainly composed of FeO, Fe3O4 and Fe2O3. Fe2O3 is red, Fe3O4 is black and FeO is blue. As the ratio of various oxidation components in the iron sheet varies with the oxidation process, the color is different.

After a lot of investigations, the red steel sheet of hot rolled steel has higher Si content, Si>

At 0.2%, red rust is relatively heavy, and the content of Si in blue-gray steel is relatively low.

The results of rolling test with the same hot rolling process are in agreement with the above investigation.

Si0.07% Red oxidation color can be basically eliminated, for thick specification Si even lower (Si0.05%).

Therefore, reducing Si content is an effective way to solve the red rust problem.
